reLogistics Takes Down 60K SF

reLogistics, a Houston-based provider of warehouse and pallet management services, leased 60,408 square feet of industrial space at Northport 35 Business Center, 4251 Dale Earnhardt Dr. in Northlake, TX.

The three-building, 945,000-square-foot Northport 35 Business Center, situated on 60 acres, was jointly developed by Stream Realty Partners and Clarion Partners. Stream’s Cannon Green, Bob Hagewood and Forrest Cook worked with Matt Elliott of NAI Robert Lynn to secure the transaction.

reLogistics will occupy most of the 83,886-square-foot Building C. The new tenant will also use a 45-trailer storage lot, which will be built to complement a space featuring 20-dock-high doors with additional stand-alone trailer positions.

The lease brings the business park close to full occupancy and, according to Green, “near closure of our business plan.”
