Relocation Firm Consolidates Operations into Newly Developed Carteret Facility

Avison Young represented The Advance Group in a 93,728-square-foot industrial lease at 700 Federal Blvd. within the newly developed Port South industrial park in Carteret, NJ. The lease enables the relocation and logistics company to consolidate operations from three locations in Newark and Harrison.

Principals Ed English Jr. and Ron Ganter with Industrial Occupier Solutions at Avison Young, and executive director Oliver Petrovic represented The Advance Group. Brian Golden of CBRE represented the landlord, Link Logistics.

The Avison Young team Avison Young evaluated multiple site configurations and operating models. “The Advance Group needed a facility that could support growth and streamline operations across northern New Jersey,” said English. “Our team searched the market from Exit 8A to the Meadowlands, evaluated numerous options, and analyzed operational, logistical and financial factors to identify the best solution. We created competitive leverage throughout negotiations and secured a facility that supports the company’s long-term business objectives.”
