Reliant Real Estate Snags 438-Unit Self-Storage Facility in North Carolina

Roswell, Georgia-based Reliant Real Estate Management has acquired Storage at 7275 Carolina Beach Road, a 438-unit self-storage facility in Wilmington, N.C. The sales price was not disclosed.

Built in 2018, the three-building property totals 63,550 square feet on 7 acres and was 90% occupied at the time of the sale. Amenities include wide aisles, premium LED lighting, Uhaul rentals and a retention pond behind the facility.

Mike Mele and Luke Elliott of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Inlet Watch Development LLC, in the transaction. Reliant Real Estate’s current portfolio includes 53 self-storage facilities comprised of 34,000 units and 4.5 million square feet.
