Related Group, in partnership with Italian design house Pininfarina, closed on a $230 million financing from Apollo for the construction of Andare Residences Design by Pininfarina (Andare). Construction began in May 2025, and delivery is expected in 2027. 

The 46-story tower will be the tallest residential structure in Broward County, rising over 540 feet into the Fort Lauderdale skyline.

The units range in size from 1,800 to over 4,300 square feet. Balconies overlook Fort Lauderdale’s waterways and the Atlantic Ocean. Amenities include a fitness center, a pickleball court and a wellness spa with dedicated salt, sauna, steam and massage rooms, and hot and cold plunge pools. The 11th floor includes a private dining room with a catering kitchen; a Sports Lounge with gaming tables; an Executive Lounge with private conference rooms and a designated resident’s Club Lounge with a Central Bar that provides enchanting ocean views. The rooftop will feature an outdoor kitchen, a swimming pool, private cabanas, a sun deck, a hot tub and food and beverage services.

Pininfarina is best known for creating sports cars and luxury automobiles.
