Related Midwest Welcomes First Move-Ins to The Row Fulton Market

Related Midwest has welcomed the first tenants to The Row Fulton Market, a new 43-story, 300-unit luxury rental high-rise at 164 N. Peoria St., in Chicago’s historic Fulton Market District.

“The Row is a one-of-a-kind property that raises the bar for apartment living in the heart of Fulton Market and embodies the energy and sophistication of the neighborhood,” said Curt Bailey, president of Related Midwest.

Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, with interiors by March and White Design, The Row offers convertible, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, along with six penthouse units. 20% of the property’s units are dedicated to affordable housing, reflecting Related’s commitment to equitable housing. The Row is pursuing Green Globes certification as part of the company’s focus on sustainability.

The Row is Chicago’s first high-rise construction project co-led by an African American-owned general contractor, BOWA Construction, a longtime collaborator with LR Contracting Company, Related’s in-house contracting division.

Meet industry experts at the upcoming Connect Midwest: Multifamily and Adaptive Reuse Trends, which takes place June 13, 2023 at the W Chicago City Center Hotel. Click here for more information and to register.
