Related Midwest Offers Penthouses at Streeterville Condo Tower

Related Midwest has made three full-floor penthouses available at One Bennett Park, its 70-story residential condominium tower in Streeterville. The three penthouses, which may also be combined, are being sold as raw space, and buyers have the option of working with Robert A.M. Stern Architects, which designed the tower itself.

“Each of the full-floor homes is a stunning canvas to be customized by the buyer,” said Curt Bailey, president of Related Midwest. “There is no other building in Chicago – and few elsewhere – where you can design your perfect home 700 feet or higher and have one or two terraces, which feel like outdoor living rooms in the sky, as well as jaw-dropping indoor and outdoor vistas of one of the world’s most celebrated skylines.”

Pricing on the penthouses ranges from $14.3 million for the 7,147-square-foot 66th floor, to $16.8 million for the 8,414-square-foot 64th floor.

Connect Chicago Fall 2019 will take place Oct. 29 in Chicago. For more information, or to register, click here.
