Related Midwest, Hello Alfred Partner on Custom Platform

As part of Related Midwest’s Chicago rollout of the Hello Alfred platform to its rental apartment portfolio, the two companies have unveiled a custom platform, Life Simplified. The service builds on Alfred’s current platform, which anticipates and competes on a resident’s behalf.

“In today’s luxury rental market, residents are seeking out communities with exceptional amenity offerings that enhance and streamline their busy lives,” said Curt Bailey, president of Related Midwest. “We are constantly evaluating ways we can elevate the residential experience, using platforms like Hello Alfred that marry technology with the personalized, white-glove service for which we are known.”

Life Simplified is now offered at no cost to residents of Related Midwest’s 500 Lake Shore Dr. and Landmark West Loop rental towers. It will also be offered to residents of One Bennett Park (pictured), a condominium and rental property under construction in Streeterville.
