Related-Led Group Advancing 494-Boca Raton Apartment Community

Related Group, PEBB Enterprises and BH Group have begun work on Broken Sound Residences, a 494-home luxury residential community that marks the first milestone in the transformation of the former Office Depot corporate campus in Boca Raton.

Once complete, the 28-acre destination will blend residences, retail, wellness offerings and modern office space into a single project.

Designed by MSA Architects and construction led by Balfour Beatty, Broken Sound Residences will offer three distinct residential offerings.

Broken Sound Residences will pair more than 23,000 square feet of indoor amenities with over half an acre of outdoor gathering spaces. Amenities include two pool decks, private cabanas, hot tubs, a cold plunge, a pavilion bar, outdoor grilling stations and lounge areas. Nearby, there is an additional pool, jacuzzi and resident wine lounge.

Inside amenities include a hidden speakeasy lounge, private dining room, golf simulator, coworking lounges, resident clubrooms and a fitness center. An Equinox fitness campus will be one of the first tenants at the development.
