Related Launches Leasing for Tuxedo Luxury Rentals

Related Companies has officially begun its first phase of leasing for residences at The Village at Tuxedo Reserve, the mixed-use town center in the 1,200-acre Tuxedo Reserve community in New York’s Hudson Valley. Located 30 miles from Manhattan in Tuxedo, NY, the 336 luxury rental apartments will be integrated amid retail, dining, public gathering spaces, and year-round programming at The Village.

“As we begin leasing our apartments at The Village at Tuxedo Reserve, we are one step closer to welcoming residents to this community,” said Greg Gushee, EVP at Related Companies. “We look forward to seeing this community flourish, serving residents, local businesses, and visitors for generations to come.”

Anchored by Market Square, The Village will serve as a central gathering place for community events, seasonal programming, outdoor performances, farmers’ markets, and public celebrations throughout the year. The Village Green and seasonal skating rink will welcome local and surrounding community members year-round.
