Related Group’s Casa Bella Sets Record with Penthouse Contract

Related Group and Alta Developers announced Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia has achieved nearly $50 million in signed contracts over the past 60 days. This includes a contract for a 54th-floor, 5,893-square-foot triplex penthouse for $12.6 million. At $2,138 per square foot, it’s the most expensive price-per-square-foot sale in Miami’s Arts and Cultural District.

The 56-story Casa Bella offers 317 residences ranging from one to four bedrooms. It’s the first residential partnership for the famed Italian design house, B&B Italia, known around the world for its collaborations with brands such as Rolex, Hermès and Rolls-Royce. 

Casa Bella’s Penthouse Collection comprises 10 exquisitely-designed homes with seven floor plans, including 54th-floor triplex residences with private rooftop terraces, spa pools and indoor/outdoor summer kitchens with stunning water views. The 54th-floor is also home to two outstanding duplex penthouses, spanning 4,100 and 4,560 square feet.

About Angela Noote

Angela Noote is a native of Northern California and graduated from Chico State with a degree in public relations. After college she moved to the Central Coast and worked first in ad sales then in editorial, eventually spending more than a decade as a print reporter and editor. She detoured into design work at a printer/publisher, and with a partner eventually opened a boutique full-service marketing agency. Moving into corporate communications, she built and managed several successful marketing teams in the hospitality, financial services, and nonprofit industries. Most recently she was an internal comms manager in the tech sector. After a long stint spent in Georgia (Go Dawgs), she moved to Baton Rouge, LA and has written for clients in the financial, luxury imports, higher ed, commercial cleaning, and medical equipment industries. Her son is a media arts major at the University of South Carolina, and her husband owns a comedy theater in Baton Rouge, where you can often find Angi teaching improv classes, leading corporate training events, or doing an occasional stand up set.
