Related Delivers 118-Unit Pompano Beach Condo Community
Related Group completed Casamar, a boutique, oceanfront condominium at 900 N. Ocean Boulevard in Pompano Beach. The 118-residence property marks Related’s second condominium delivery in Pompano Beach, following the Solemar, completed in 2023.
The project is designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Rockwell Group. Nearly all residences are now occupied.
With 300 feet of shoreline, Casamar’s residences span 1,000 to 3,900 square feet. Each unit has terraces that capture views of the Atlantic, Intracoastal Waterway and Downtown Pompano Beach.
The building’s amenity collection includes sunrise and sunset pools, a Promenade Lounge, fitness center, his-and-her saunas, a virtual golf simulator and a regulation-size pickleball court. Personalized concierge service and 24/7 security complete the offering.
