Related Cos. Secures Two Office Leases in West Palm Beach

Related Cos. signed investment firm Comvest Partners and artificial intelligence firm Levatas to office leases in Downtown West Palm Beach.

Comvest has signed a 26,000-square-foot lease at 360 Rosemary, a 300,000-square-foot, 20-story loft-style office building that broke ground on May 16. Levatas signed a 16,000-square-foot lease for a new corporate headquarters at the property, which is expected to open in early 2020.

Jon Blunk of Tower Commercial Real Estate is the leasing agent for 360 Rosemary and represented Related in both transactions. Kevin Probel and Kevin McCarthy of CBRE advised Comvest in the transaction. Levatas was represented by Cameron Tallon of JLL.
