Related California’s Latest Lux Resi Takes Shape in Hollywood
Related California’s 1755 Argyle is taking shape on a site adjacent to the iconic Capitol Records Building in Hollywood. The 18-story luxury residential tower includes 114 apartments above 2,100 square feet of retail and a five-level subterranean parking garage.
Los Angeles-based Large Architecture’s mid-century modern influenced design for the 280,000-square-foot property reveals a “dynamic facade” that utilizes alternating floor plates to create a blend of inside and outside spaces.
The 177-foot tall building includes a mix of studio, one and two-bedroom units. Focal points include a fifth floor terrace, an outdoor pool, spa, barbecue area, outdoor dining area and a lounge area with catering kitchen.
The LEED Silver designed 1755 Argyle is currently under construction, and is expected to be completed in 2018.
