Related California Opens Rental Project on Site of Santa Monica Vons

Related California unveiled 700 Broadway, a new residential building with 196 rental homes on the site of a decades-old Vons supermarket in Santa Monica. Rising eight stories high, the building delivers tailored studios, one, two and three-bedrooms, as well as a full amenity suite and a nearly 3/4-acre private park.

700 Broadway offers a mix of affordable, market-rate and luxury rentals. It also features a new 60,000-square-foot Vons to replace the former store and a 34,000-square-foot Equinox Fitness Club.

“More than just a place to live, 700 Broadway will be the ultimate living experience in one of America’s most storied beach towns,” said Gino Canori, president at Related California. “The opportunity to revitalize an entire city block over the past three years has allowed us to deliver a residential development without compromise, combining quality homes with state-of-the-art wellness and a new grocery store for the entire neighborhood.”
