Related Buys Land in Jersey City for $58M 

Related has acquired a 1.3-acre multifamily development site in Jersey City known as the Harborside 4 lot from Veris Residential. 

The property, located at 20 Christopher Columbus Street, was sold for $58 million. CBRE’s Jeff Dunne, Bill Shanahan, Roland Merchant, and Brian Whitmer, along with Cushman & Wakefield’s Andy Merin, David Bernhaut, Gary Gabriel, Frank DiTommaso, and Ryan Dowd, arranged the transaction on behalf of Veris Residential.  

Related plans to develop a luxury rental tower with approximately 800 residential units on the site. This marks Related’s first high-rise rental project in New Jersey.
