Reisterstown Manufacturing Facility Sold for $7M 

Marcus & Millichap recently facilitated the sale of a defense manufacturing facility at 109 Wabash Avenue in Reisterstown, Maryland. The 80,070-square-foot property sold for $7.3 million, amounting to $91 per square foot.  

Constructed in 1979 across 5.49 acres, the facility comprises 9,000 square feet of office space alongside manufacturing areas. Bryn Merrey and John Faus from the Washington, D.C. office managed the exclusive listing, representing the seller and securing the buyer. 

“Although the tenant had a short remaining lease term, their commitment to the property was evident by their complex manufacturing processes and site tenure,” added Faus. “We were able to capture national interest in the deal and deliver a strong result for both buyer and seller.”
