Reis Multifamily Numbers: Rent Growth Strong, Vacancies Low (Infographic)

Real estate research company Reis Inc. released its preliminary Q4 2017 apartment metrics for Texas. The Reis multifamily numbers show continued positive annual effective rent growth, with single-digit vacancies. The report also pointed out that metros such as Dallas could see rent growth decline and vacancies increase in 2018, as more units are delivered.
