Reinsurer Moves U.S. HQ to Warren Corporate Center

Everest Reinsurance Company signed an approximately 315,000-square-foot, long-term lease to relocate its U.S. corporate headquarters to Warren Corporate Center in Warren, NJ. The company will occupy 100 and 200 Warren Corporate Center Dr., soon to be renamed Everest Way, within the next 18 months.

The deal occurs shortly after the completion of Warren Hill (pictured), an indoor-outdoor standalone amenities hub, by the five-building campus’ current ownership, a joint venture of Vision Real Estate Partners and Rubenstein Partners. The 176-acre Warren Corporate Center was formerly the headquarters of Lucent Technologies.

“We believe our new home will prove to be both an extraordinary work environment and a strategic business hub for our valued colleagues,” said Everest CEO Dominic Addesso.

CBRE’s Eric Deutsch and Jeff Babikian represented Everest, while Cushman & Wakefield’s Robert Donnelly Sr. and Robert Donnelly Jr. represented building ownership in the lease transaction.
