Reid Longley Joins Colliers Team from JLL

Reid Longley (pictured) has joined Colliers International as executive managing director, based in the firm’s New York City office. He’ll be responsible for representing tenants and landlords across the spectrum of real estate transactions.

Longley joins Colliers from JLL, where he was an SVP. During his tenure with JLL, he specialized in transaction structuring for relocations, renewals, expansions, extensions and dispositions.

Over the course of his career, Longley has completed more than 900,000 square feet of transactions on behalf of clients such as Apple, Twitter, Yahoo!, Tiger Management and Glencore.

“Reid has proven himself to be a force in the New York City real estate market,” said David Amsterdam, president—investments, leasing and Eastern region. “He has represented and remains a trusted advisor to some of the most well-known corporate users across multiple industries, and we look forward to bringing his talent, stellar reputation and drive to Colliers.”
