Regus Renews at One Westchase Center

RGN Houston I LLC, doing business as Regus, has signed an 18,049-square-foot lease renewal at One Westchase Center, located at 10777 Westheimer Rd. in Houston.

Transwestern Real Estate Services SVP Louann Pereira, managing director Doug Little and VP Matthew Seliger provide agency leasing services on behalf of the landlord, Nitya Capital. CBRE’s Kevin Saxe and Corbin Janssen represented the tenant, whichis reportedly Houston’s largest flexible workspace provider. 

One Westchase Center is a Class A office building that features a fully furnished conference facility, fitness center with showers, a delicatessen, 24-hour security and onsite property management.

Located in the Westchase Business District with 40,000-square-foot floorplates, One Westchase provides direct access to Beltway 8 and the Energy Corridor. The 466,025-square-foot property was built in 1982 and renovated in 2017.
