Regus Continues 19-Year Run at Zeller Realty’s Woodfield Preserve

Flexible workspace provider Regus has renewed its 36,215-square-foot space at Zeller Realty Group’s Woodfield Preserve Office Center in Schaumburg, IL.  Regus has been a tenant at Woodfield Preserve since 2000.

Bill Elwood and Rob Graham of CBRE represented Zeller Realty in the transaction.  Kellen Monti of JLL represented Regus.

“We have seen a lot of great leasing momentum at the Woodfield Preserve, as new firms have decided to relocate here and long-term tenants are renewing for extended terms,” said Elwood. “They are attracted to the significant amount of amenity upgrades and the top-tier location.”

Zeller has significantly transformed the 650,000-square-foot Woodfield Preserve by upgrading finishes, adding spec suite spaces and adding numerous amenities to both of the property’s buildings. These amenities include fitness centers, game rooms, conference centers, wi-fi lounges and full-service delis with catering services.
