Regis Homes Bay Area Sells Out Townhomes, Searches for More Sites

Regis Homes Bay Area, LLC (RHBA), an affiliate of Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SRGNC), said that all 15 homes at Village Walk, a collection of new Craftsmen-style townhomes in Belmont, have sold out. Based on the success of sales at Village Walk, SRGNC is working to bring other for-sale townhome projects on the Peninsula to fruition by partnering with property owners to re-entitle obsolete buildings and unused land.

“We’re thrilled at the great reception our Village Walk community received among homebuyers,” said Jeff Smith, director of development for RHBA. “Our goal is always to add value to the community, and we’re proud that Village Walk enhances Belmont’s physical, recreational and economic landscape.”

He added, “We are constantly searching up and down the Peninsula to find opportunities to build more much-needed housing. We’ve developed more than a dozen projects in the past 10 years and have been especially successful along the El Camino corridor, contributing to the realization of the Grand Boulevard Initiative.”
