Regions Bank Commits to 14-Year Lease in Midtown Atlanta Namesake Tower
Regions Bank has signed a 14-year lease agreement to remain in its namesake, Class AA tower in the Midtown area of Atlanta, GA.
The bank will occupy 100,919 square feet at Regions Plaza at 1180 W. Peachtree Street. The building is owned by PGIM Real Estate and leased by Stream Realty Partners.
Kevin Driver and Steve DeVinney of Stream Atlanta represented PGIM Real Estate in the transaction. Jimmy Sanders, Mitch Kahlert and Harry DeAntonio of ICON Commercial Interests represented Regions Bank.
Regions Plaza has a fitness center, secure elevator lobby, Rising Roll Gourmet Cafe, several conference options and ample parking. It sits a half block from Google’s new tower and within walking distance of popular Midtown shops and restaurants.
