Regeneron Leases 126K-SF Office Space in NJ
Rubenstein Partners and Vision Real Estate Partners have secured a long-term lease with Regeneron Pharmaceuticals at the Warren Corporate Center in Warren, New Jersey. Regeneron will occupy 126,678 square feet of office space, bringing the campus to over 95% occupancy.
The campus features 820,000 square feet across five buildings, surrounded by walking trails and landscaped areas. Since acquiring the campus in 2016, Vision and Rubenstein have been repositioning the property, including amenities like an outdoor amphitheater, dining areas, conference spaces, a fitness center, and more.
The center’s current tenants include Everest Reinsurance Company and PTC Therapeutics. Joshua Cohen and Marc Rosenberg of Cushman & Wakefield represented Regeneron. Robert Donnelly Sr, Robert Donnelly Jr, Paul Giannone, Todd Elfand and Kevin Carton of Cushman and Wakefield represented building ownership.
