Regal Cinemas Sells 7-Acre Mt. Pleasant Redevelopment Site for $14M

A seven-acre site in Mt. Pleasant, SC has been sold for $14.3 million. Cushman & Wakefield represented seller Regal Cinemas in the Charleston-area transaction.

The asset currently contains a 33,000-square-foot movie theater and has attracted interest from investors and developers for years as a premier redevelopment site, according to Cushman & Wakefield.

The site sits on Houston Northcutt Boulevard, just over the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge from downtown Charleston.
