Regal Cinemas Renews at the E*Walk, Times Square

Regal Cinemas has agreed to stay on as one of the anchor tenants at the E*Walk Retail and Entertainment complex located on 42nd Street in Manhattan’s Times Square.

Tishman Realty Corp. is renovating the 200,000-square-foot shopping and entertainment destination. “We see an opportunity for a re-branding and enhancement program that will transform the property into a top destination for large format retailers and experiential entertainment users,” said Joseph Simone, president of Tishman Realty Corp.

The Regal theatre renovation will feature luxury recliners with reserved seating in all auditoriums, an expanded food menu, a 4DX auditorium, the Regal Premium Experience auditorium and a soon-to-open IMAX VR experience.

Patrick Smith, Erin Grace, Corey Zolcinski and Matt Ogle of Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) are leasing respresentatives for the E*Walk, which is expected to complete renovation in 2020.
