Redline Athletics, a company with more than a dozen youth athletic training centers across six states, leased 13,336 square feet of space for a planned location in the Dallas suburb of Garland.

The facility, situated at 3178 Lavon Dr., near President George Bush Turnpike and Hwy 78, is set to open its doors this month. The location will feature a turf area, batting cages, a court area, a crossfit area and a strength room.

Dallas-based Structure Commercial’s Scott Rose and Rockwall-based Ridge Pointe Real Estate’s David English negotiated details of the lease.
