RedLeaf Properties Selected as Bell Boulevard District Developer

RedLeaf Properties has been tapped as master developer for the Bell Boulevard District redevelopment project in Cedar Park, TX. The city council voted unanimously to award the top job to the Austin-based developer, after a more than six-month procurement process.

Situated along Bell Boulevard — Cedar Park’s main thoroughfare, the redevelopment will focus on 40 acres of retail, restaurant, office and residential space, as  well as a 12-acre natural  area. The RedLeaf proposal included a recommendation to locate the new library in the park area.

A construction timeline has not yet been solidified. It’s anticipated that negotiations between RedLeaf and the city will last through much of 2019. According to the project website, construction on realigning Bell Boulevard could begin in late 2019, with construction on the mixed-use component launching in 2021.
