Redgate, North River Join Forces for 108K SF of Industrial in Worcester
Boston-based Redgate and partner North River Company have acquired 108,000 square feet of industrial space in Worcester, MA. The building at 301 Barber Avenue features office in addition to warehouse office space and is currently fully leased.
John Meador and Charlie Luce of Casco Real Estate Partners facilitated the off-market transaction.
“The Worcester market is strong and economic tailwinds will continue to drive outsized industrial activity,” said Redgate executive VP Reid Joseph. “We believe in the relative value of the acquisition within this submarket, and we look to be increasingly active within the greater Worcester industrial space.”
New York-based NRC has one million square feet of laboratory, industrial and residential product in development in MA and in total owns more than four million square feet of mixed-use properties and over 300 acres of ground-up development across CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, MR, NY, RI and VT.
