Redevelopment Piques Tenant Interest in Aurora’s Fox Valley Mall

Fox Valley Mall, a three-story shopping center in Aurora, IL undergoing extensive redevelopment by Centennial Real Estate Management, is bringing back national retailer Charlotte Russe, which closed earlier this year. It’s also adding a new regional tenant, Comedy Shrine; and a wide assortment of new local retail concepts that will open at Fox Valley Mall throughout the remainder of 2019.

The shopping center credits excitement surrounding the early stages of its “Fox Valley Mall 2.0” redevelopment for catching the attention of major national retail brands, as well as regional and local entrepreneurs.

“We couldn’t be more proud of the impact our redevelopment strategy is having on the expansion of our tenant mix,” said Scott Samson, senior GM, Fox Valley Mall. “While the changes that will redefine Fox Valley Mall have only just begun, people are taking note, and it’s changing our retail mix in significant and impactful ways.
