Red Rock Breaks Ground on 510K-SF Distribution Center in Central Florida

Red Rock Developments has broken ground on County Line Distribution Center, a 510,272-square-foot speculative distribution center located in the I-4 corridor of Central Florida. Red Rock, Wharton Industrial, Aspyre Properties and an institutional joint venture partner will develop the facility.

Centrally-located between Orlando and Tampa, the property will allow for efficient distribution to the more than 8.6 million people living in a 100-mile radius, and to the 18 million people living in a five-hour driving radius. The distribution center is situated on 36 acres of land along County Line Road and less than three miles south of I-4 in Plant City. Nearby facilities are operated by logistics users including Amazon, Advance Auto, Publix, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Home Depot, DHL/Ikea and Southern Wine & Spirits.

The facility is expected to deliver by the third quarter of 2020. Jan Boltres, and Michelle Senner of Colliers International Central Florida office have been tapped to lease the facility.
