Red Oak Street CEO Joins Plentific Advisory Board

Plentific, a real-time property operations platform, has appointed David Garten, CEO of Red Oak Street and a public-private partnership expert, to its Strategic Advisory Board.

Plentific, a preferred supplier to the public and affordable housing sectors in the U.K., is expanding its presence in the U.S., beginning in New York City and surrounding areas. Garten, as the first U.S. board member, will provide guidance on the company’s efforts in the public and affordable housing space.

Plentific aims to bring a holistic platform to landlords in the affordable housing sector based on its experience across more than 1.5 million multifamily and affordable housing units. The company’s platform has reported significant improvements for multifamily landlords, including reduced apartment turn times, higher resident satisfaction, and increased rental income.
