Red Oak Adds Key Executive to Charlotte Office

Red Oak Capital Holdings has brought on Jeff Pirhalla as Managing Director, Production. Based in the firm’s Charlotte headquarters, he will lead loan origination strategy and production initiatives for the firm’s lending platform. Pirhalla will report to Chief Credit Officer Matthew Webster and work closely with Chief Executive Officer Gary Bechtel.

Bringing more than 25 years of national lending experience across Agency, CMBS, bridge and portfolio executions, Pirhalla is responsible for the development and implementation of portfolio mix, growth targets, and market penetration objectives for the firm. Red Oak’s platform is designed to deliver efficient, reliable financing through a combination of short-term bridge loans and long-term FHA-insured mortgages.
