Pinemoor Magnolia

Red Hill Kicking Off Magnolia Mixed-Use Project

Red Hill Ventures is helming Pinemoor Magnolia, which will include 216 single-family homes, 250 to 300 apartments and between 100,000 and 150,000 square feet of retail.

Planned community amenities include lakes, parks, playgrounds, walking trails and a covered pavilion with picnic area.

For the 14-acre retail portion of Pinemoor, Red Hill is in advanced talks with a grocery brand. The Houston Business Journal reports there has also been interest from commercial developers for another 5 acres across from the potential grocery site.

The company expects to close on all the retail sites within the next 12 to 18 months. The plan is for the apartment development on the remaining 21 acres to begin after that. Red Hill has not yet identified a multifamily developer for it.
