RED is no stranger to major downtown development and revitalization projects: CityScape in Phoenix, PV in Paradise Valley, and Prasada in Surprise. Now RED, along with Globe Corp., are building GSQ, a new, more than 150-acre mixed-use development in Goodyear that will feature dining, retail, residential, office, hotel and entertainment offerings. The joint venture will create a dining and entertainment destination in Goodyear, one of the fastest-growing cities in Arizona with a population that has increased by more than 45% in the past decade. The burgeoning city is home to over half a million residents within a 10-mile radius of GSQ.

RED’s Mike Ebert added, “The City of Goodyear has also been an extraordinary partner and shares our vision in building a vibrant, upscale destination that will radically enhance how residents live, work and play in Goodyear.”   

Construction on GSQ is slated to begin in 2024 with additional announcements expected to be made later this year.
