The 100,166 square foot building, at Guadalupe and 12th Street is in the middle of millions of square feet of retail outlets and just blocks away from the University of Texas at Austin and the Capitol.

JLL Capital Markets secured the loan for the buyer, Arc Capital Partners and represented the seller, Prescott Group.

The Prescott Group acquired the Westview in 2016 and immediately went to work on it. The rehab work allowed the asset to receive a LEED Gold designation. Featuring floor to ceiling windows and a new HVAC system, the Westview is 93% leased. It offers an on-site cafe, conference room, fitness center and rooftop terrace.
