Recently Renovated Quality Inn Trades to LLC

Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of Quality Inn, a 65-room hospitality property located in the eastern Riverside Community of Blythe. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Andy Patel, senior associate, and Gordon Allred, senior managing director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Palm Springs and Inland Empire offices, respectively, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, also a limited liability company, was also procured by Patel and Allred.  

Quality Inn is located at 600 W. Donlon St. in Blythe. The property was recently renovated prior to the sale and received multiple offers.
