Recently Renovated Hillside Terrace Finds Private Buyer

Hillside Terrace, a recently renovated 32-unit apartment property located in Vista, recently sold for $9.475 million. The buyer was a private investor.

The building at 322 Hillside Terrace was constructed in 1988 but was extensively renovated in 2019. The complex is comprised of 24 two-bedroom/two-bath units and eight one-bedroom/one-bath units.

Christopher Zorbas and Gary Weddle in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Del Mar office had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an affiliate of The Bascom Group LLC.  The buyer was secured and represented by Zorbas and Weddle.
