Recently Completed Fort Worth Apartment Homes Purchased by American Landmark

The project, at 401 Hemphill was completed in July 2021. CRG was the seller of the 242-unit Broadway Chapter. It’s the first multifamily project delivered as part of the company’s $1 billion investment strategy announced in November 2020. The firm is hoping to develop multifamily housing for middle-income earners in first and second tier suburbs in select urban markets throughout the Sunbelt.

The five-story, 320,646 square foot rental community was built by Dallas-based Cadence McShane Construction. It is flush with amenities, including fitness and yoga area, a resident lounge with coffee bar, pool, grilling stations and secure bike storage. The project boasts a five-story garage with an Eric ‘Drigo’ Rodriguez mural on the main wall.
