Rebranded Rockaway Office Building Adds Three New Leases 

Three new office leases have been signed at The Mark, a repositioned Class-A office building in Rockaway, New Jersey.  

New Jersey Education Association is relocating to 8,438 square feet on the first floor. Polaris Pharmacy Services leased 9,925 square feet on the 5th floor for their first New Jersey office, and a professional services company signed a lease for 2,259 square feet on the 2nd floor.  

The property, owned by Northbridge Capital, underwent renovations, including upgrades to the lobby, elevators, corridors, bathrooms, and parking deck. JLL represented Northbridge Capital in the transactions with a team led by Chris Conklin.
