Realterm building 440K-Sf Laredo warehouse

Realterm, Titan Join Forces on Laredo Warehouse

Realterm and Titan Development will develop a Class A, 440,300-square-foot building in Laredo. The property is located near the Port of Laredo, the nation’s number one port, with $320 billion in total trade with the world in 2023, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The development sits on 26.08 acres in the high-trade U.S.-Mexico border crossing market. The property will be divisible by two tenants.

The site is also less than a 21-minute drive from the World Trade Bridge and 16 minutes from the Colombia Bridge border crossing, with easy access to Mines Road, I-69 and I-35. The property is being developed on a speculative basis and it will be available for lease.

This joint venture acquisition and development continues the steady growth of Realterm’s Texas portfolio of properties in Dallas, Houston, Austin, Del Valle, Hutchins, El Paso and Laredo.
