Realterm Buys Inland Empire Maintenance Facility
Maryland-based Realterm has acquired a fully-leased, 15-acre fleet maintenance property in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The facility features 20,000 square feet of shop space with 22 bays, along with a two-story office and an onsite fuel station. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
“The Inland Empire is known as one of the most highly sought-after high flow-through industrial markets in the country,” said Realterm’s Stephen Panos in a news release. “As a best-in-class fleet maintenance facility, this Rancho Cucamonga asset is an excellent addition to our portfolio.”
Located at 8566 Pecan Ave., the fleet maintenance facility is one of the largest in the region. It’s completely secured and located directly next to Interstate 15 and Interstate 10. In addition, it’s only six miles from Ontario Airport and just under nine miles from the Union Pacific Intermodal.
