Realterm Adds Industrial Outdoor Storage in Boston Metro

Realterm, an independent global investment manager focused on the transportation industry, recently acquired 378 S. Worcester St., an industrial outdoor storage maintenance facility in Norton, MA. Located in the Boston region, the 21,049-square-foot facility on a 5.5-acre site is leased to transportation company DATTCO and represents a key addition to Realterm’s expanding portfolio in the United States.

“Boston’s metropolitan industrial market continues to thrive, consistently attracting both user and institutional investment demand, and the addition of 378 S. Worcester St. further strengthens our foothold in one of the region’s prime industrial submarkets,” said Ed Brickley, managing director, Realterm. “This strategically located facility offers excellent access to a strong base of local industrial users as well as the greater Northeast, making it an ideal hub for tenants like DATTCO.”

Brian Pinch of Newmark facilitated the transaction and represented Realterm. The purchase price was not disclosed.

Michael Brennan will receive Connect CRE’s Lifetime Achievement Award and will participate in the Keynote Interview with Kevin Brennan, also of Brennan Investment Group.
