RealOp Investments Acquires 320K-SF Industrial Facility in Greenville

Greenville-based commercial real estate and private equity investment firm RealOp Investments has acquired 130 Commerce Center, a 320,427-square-foot industrial facility in Greenville. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located off I-85 via Pelham Road, the facility is nearby the Greenville/Spartanburg International Airport and the Inland Port. At the time of sale, the preoprty was vacant. RealOp is planning a significant capital investment to update to modern facility requirements which includes roof replacement, interior and exterior painting, turn-key office space, dock repairs, LED lighting upgrades, landscaping and a rebranding of the facility.

Jack Haden, Mike Chambers, John Baldwin and Hal Johnson of NAI Brannen Goddard represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.
