RealFoundations Adds Colleen Minde in Business Development

Colleen Minde has joined RealFoundations in Dallas as a business development executive. She brings to the professional services firm wide-ranging commercial real estate experience in leasing, sales, asset management, technology and operations for REITs, owner/operators, service providers, investment managers, corporate occupiers and homebuilders.

Minde has worked for companies that have included brokerage NKF, S&P 500 REIT SL Green Realty Corp. and software provider Yardi Systems, the latter as senior sales executive. Most recently she was with Leverton, an artificial intelligence startup, as VP of sales, leading its global “go to market” strategy.

“Colleen brings a wealth of hands-on real estate knowledge and proptech experience through her work at SL Green, Yardi and Leverton,” said David W.
