Real Capital Solutions, MRP Realty Debut New Town Hall Suites in Downtown DC

Real Capital Solutions (RCS), in partnership with MRP Realty, announced the debut of six new Town Hall suites at 1501 M Street NW, introducing a move-in-ready office concept in downtown Washington, D.C.

Acquired by RCS in December 2024 for $29.3 million, the 178,510-square-foot office building is approximately 55% leased and has undergone a repositioning that includes the expansion of the Town Hall concept across the seventh and eighth floors. Leasing for the property is led by CBRE’s Joe Coleman, Lara Nealon and Brittany Gosnell. The building is managed by Heyday Properties.

The Town Hall concept, overseen by MRP Realty, designed by MGMA and constructed by May Construction Group, features office suites ranging from 4,600 to 6,000 square feet. Located at the corner of 15th and M Street NW in Washington’s East End submarket, 1501 M Street offers direct access to Metro, downtown amenities and the 14th Street Corridor. The property underwent approximately $13 million in capital improvements in 2020.
