ReadySpaces Inks 110K-SF Building at Mount Vernon 

ReadySpaces, a provider of flexible warehouse space for small and mid-sized businesses, has signed a long-term lease for the entire 110,300-square-foot building at 250 E. Sandford Boulevard in Mount Vernon, New York.  

The facility, owned by Simone Development Companies, will serve as ReadySpaces’ second location in New York State and its fifth in the NYC/North Jersey metro area. ReadySpaces currently operates 32 warehouse facilities nationwide and serves over 2,000 businesses.  

Josh Gopan and Patrick Doyle represented Simone Development in-house in the lease transaction.
