RE Veteran Dan Fogarty Joins Stotan Industrial
Chicago real estate veteran Dan Fogarty has joined Rosemont, IL-based Stotan Industrial as managing partner. He’ll work in tandem with managing partner Jim McGill, overseeing business development and operations for the rapidly growing organization.
Most recently, Fogarty served as EVP – investment & development at Becknell Industrial, sourcing and managing the firm’s new build-to-suit and speculative development opportunities across the U.S. Prior to joining Becknell, Fogarty was VP and market officer at Conor Commercial Real Estate in Rosemont, managing the firm’s Midwest industrial and office portfolio of projects. He began his career at Darwin Realty & Development.
