President of RE Development Solutions Ramsey Elshafei and owner of Superhost Hospitality, Ashraf Lakhany, were joined by Tinley Park Mayor Michael Glotz and local officials at a groundbreaking ceremony for Sunset Estates Townhomes.

The luxury townhome development features a dozen 1,800-square-foot three-bedroom homes with open floorplans, two-car garages and private patios within walking distance of Tinley Park. Located at 179^th Street and Argo Court, the units are expected to be available for rental by Spring 2024.

RE Development Solutions & Superhost Hospitality are working with Tinley Park officials to build 31 additional luxury townhomes off Oak Park Avenue. The general contractor for the project is Meadowbrook Builders. “With the economy shifting toward more rental properties, our firm has dedicated additional resources to the multi-family market. This is an opportunity to meet young professionals, families, and retirees in the way they want to live today,” says Elshafei.
