RDC Promotes Sean Slater to Senior Principal in San Diego

Full-service architectural design firm RDC has promoted Sean Slater, AIA, principal-in-charge of the San Diego office, to senior principal. Slater established the San Diego location in 2019 and is a member of the Board of Directors of RDC’s parent company.

“Sean collaborates as a placemaking and mixed-use leader, exemplifying RDC’s firmwide values of great work and cultivating growth while doing the right thing,” said RDC partner Mitra Esfandiari. “He has been instrumental in expanding RDC’s national placemaking and mixed-use practice with new projects in Texas and Florida.”

Slater’s current projects include The Campus at Horton, a high tech hub in Downtown San Diego, a luxury mixed-use development in South Florida and Fashion Valley, a retail destination in San Diego.

“The San Diego design community provides a rich environment for innovation and future thinking,” said Slater. “I am excited to continue to serve clients locally and nationally, while growing community here in San Diego.”
